Job Summary
We are looking for Artificial Intelligence Innovation Lab conducts applied AI research to develop frontier innovations for our clients. The AI Research Scientist will lead high-impact research on complex AI-related problems, contribute to thought leadership, and publish research in top AI journals and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and execute high-impact AI research projects.
● Conduct background literature reviews and frame problems mathematically.
● Define and lead technical research projects within the department.
● Own research activities related to the assigned research agenda.
● Contribute to thought leadership through research publications.
● Prepare abstracts and articles for AI and industry-specific journals.
● Present research at leading AI conferences.
● Collaborate with research and product teams.
Qualifications
● PhD in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related field, plus 2-4 years of post-PhD experience.
● In lieu of a PhD, 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
● Strong track record of AI research and publications in areas like NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
● Proficiency in Python for AI research.
● Experience in AI applications in healthcare, transportation, high-tech, or insurance is preferred.
● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
